THERE ARE LIMITS TO THE MEDIA REVOLUTION
The Internet is a wonderful thing. Thanks to blogs and Youtube, if you have something to say, you can now say it in front of a world audience.
But sometimes the medium is as important as the message. Sometimes having something to say is less important than the ability to say it – and what may be communicated effectively via print media might not be communicated effectively via visual media.
Proof of this limit is the following news report on an important storying about a student who used Youtube to accuse her teacher of molesting her.
Not everyone is cut out to be an on camera news reporter.
